Bio

Fatima Nasser is a law student at Osgoode Hall Law School, having recently completed her second year. She is currently summering at Rashidy & Associates, where she assists with a variety of legal matters and continues to develop her practical legal skills. Fatima obtained her undergraduate degree from Brock University, where she majored in Sociology, with a minor in Business and a concentration in Social Research and Data Analysis. She has a strong interest in criminal law and family law, with a particular focus on advocacy and client-centered representation. Fatima is also fluent in both English and Arabic, allowing her to effectively serve a diverse client base. In her upcoming third year, she will be completing a co-op placement with the Ontario Court of Justice, where she will gain further exposure to court proceedings and judicial decision-making.
