Fatima Hamam

Fatima Hamam graduated from the University of Toronto in 2014 where she majored in Economics. She has over ten years of experience as a Law Clerk in various practice areas including Civil Litigation, Family Law, Estates and Real Estate. Fatima is well versed in the Rules of Civil Procedure, Family Law Rules, and various practice directions within Ontario.

Fatima has successfully completed The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO) courses in Estates, Corporate, Civil Litigation, and Real Estate, gaining a solid foundation in key areas of legal practice.Prior to entering the legal field, Fatima worked in hedge fund administration, where she was responsible for calculating monthly Net Asset Value (NAV) and investment performance, coordinating with both institutional and retail investors on fund subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, and overseeing regulatory compliance and related operational processes.

In her spare time, Fatima works on the pottery wheel and her sewing projects.
